Raspberry Green Smoothie (Raw Vegan): 1-2 cups frozen raspberries 210g frozen pineapple 350g frozen mango 3 bananas spinach as desired (I usually do 4-5 cups) Add all ingredients in blender with a little water and you’re done! So good and refreshing! Perfect high carb raw vegan dinner!

For the past week or so I have been hiking Runyon Canyon in LA! I’ve been trying out a few different trails, doing about 5 miles each day. The challenging trail is just that, really challenging! But, so rewarding when done! Stretching and meditating at the top is the best part, knowing you can pretty much just fly down! xo
