Sunflower Sprouts: How To Guide
An old drawer with small holes drilled in the bottom for drainage makes an ideal sprout box. Or, if you prefer, you can simply construct a flat out of scrap lumber. (In either case, the depth of the growing container need not exceed three inches.) Then, cover the drainage holes with pebbles, fill the box to a depth of about two inches with garden soil, and place it in a sunny location (a heated...

Not all Raw Vegan (like most LA faves) but close enough! Check out all the restaurant menus and...

RawKourt! had a great weekend! I saw this little basket at Starbucks, free coffee grounds for your garden! Did anyone else know about this?! I think it’s awesome, and will definitely take some after I move and plant my food for summer.
The fruit plate pictured was my dad’s meal on the cruise my parents recently took. He has been a HCRV for about two months and the results are...

It isn’t heavy, stays in place, and holds everything you need so your hands are free! I highly recommend these to anyone who is training, a runner, hiker, etc. It has made my hikes even more...

But, so rewarding when done! Stretching and meditating at the top is the best part, knowing you can pretty much just fly down! xo
