Raw Kourt!

RawKourt! Dinner Salad

RawKourt! Dinner Salad (Raw, Vegan, Gluten/Soy/Dairy FREE!):

  • 1 Romaine Heart
  • Handful of shredded cabbage (optional)
  • Handful (about) 1 cup Trader Joe’s “Organic Herb Lettuce Mix”
  • 1/2 a cucumber, chopped
  • Sugarplum Tomatos
  • Red Pepper
  • White Onion
  • Parsley


  • Lemon Juice
  • Lime Juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano (dried)
  • Garlic Powder

Directions: Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl, after chopping them to desired size. As far as sizing/portions of the listed ingredients, do it however you desire, put a lot of what you a like! Then, for desired taste, pour lemon and lime juice ( I like a 5:4 ratio, using capfuls to measure) and then sprinkle on seasonings. Put lid on the bowl and toss or use utensils. Then sprinkle more seasoning on, repeat. Do until desired dressing taste! Delicious and super healthy salad. I eat one of these huge salads every night after hiking!
